Cari-American Services, Inc. recognizes and appreciates the role of every single human being in the community. Even if a person has intellectual disabilities, he or she should not be deprived of the opportunity to maintain gainful employment, or becoming a productive member of their community.
Our organization promotes and supports all individuals in their pursuit for independence and quality living. We are honored to witness their journey towards the achievement of their personal goals.
Of great importance to the agency and its coaching staff are the requirements related to privacy established under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA). This privacy rule establishes protected health information (PHI) related to the person’s physical or mental health condition, the provision of health care and payment for services. This rule applies to persons receiving supports through the Medicaid Waiver system and include all services.
Despite the many adversities they face, these individuals can count on Cari-American Services, Inc. and its staff for support.
We are here to encourage and to inspire. We are hopeful of a future where everyone is treated with respect, dignity, and integrity – these are the very same values that harmonious communities are built upon.
